D3 Employee Solutions is headed by John Evans who has been Employee Relations Manager at several private and public sector organisations. He also has direct experience of managing a large service operation so knows the issues from the manager's perspective as well as the adviser's.

John is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and he sits on the Employment Tribunal in Southampton.
