John has extensive HR and training experience and also has direct experience of managing a large service operation, so knows the issues from the manager's perspective as well as the adviser's.
John is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) and he sits on the Employment Tribunal in Southampton.
