Our service is at three levels

Advice - you tell us the problem and we advise you how to solve it and what to do.  Implementation lies with you. Your benefit is that you save on external spend. However, remember that the total cost includes the distraction from other aspects of your business.

Hand-hold - we not only advise on appropriate solutions, we implement with you.  In this way we can make sure that things go smoothly and that risks are effectively managed

Hand-over - we take charge of delivery as well, leaving you free to focus on your business. We effectively become your virtual employee relations manager.

What level you need may depend on complexity and on what other pressing business issues need your attention. Take redundancy for example - you will obviously need to be involved, but your time might be better spent with the 'survivors' or with business development, so it might pay to hand-over the matter to us.  With a disciplinary case or a grievance, on the other hand, the decision must be yours so advice or hand-hold might be better, although we can handle the investigation for you.

Our charges can be:

1. On a time basis

2. On a retainer basis - you pay monthly and call us in when needed. Click here to get more details.

3. Mix of retainer and time-based
